Cancellation Timeframe

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We recommend submitting your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at info@comfycargopants.com. Please provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for cancellation. Our representatives will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is eligible for cancellation and has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions on returning the items after they have been delivered.

Exceptions

Please note that there may be certain situations where we are unable to cancel an order, including:

  • Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered.
  • Customized or personalized items that have already entered production.
  • Items that have been discontinued or are no longer available for sale.
