Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Comfy Cargo Pants for your women's cargo pants needs. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  2. The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@comfycargopants.com or log in to your account on our website and submit a return request. Our representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing your return.

Please note the following:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will then process your refund accordingly.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The refund will include the cost of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges. In case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will also refund the return shipping costs.

Please note the following:

  • If you paid via credit card, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card provider first, as there may be processing delays on their end.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at info@comfycargopants.com or log in to your account on our website and submit an exchange request. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund following the refund procedures mentioned above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  2. Items without their original packaging or missing tags.

Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience related to returning non-returnable items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@comfycargopants.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement, arranging for a return and refund, or offering an alternative solution, depending on the circumstances.
